Service Description
Please join us for a Project Learning Tree and Project WILD training at our Renewable Roots Convention! This event will be taking place at Timber Wolf Lake Camp on November 18th from 9am-9pm. Engage in a hands-on workshop designed for both formal and non-formal educators. SCECH's are available upon request. Participants in this training will: -Investigate environmental topics with indoor and outdoor activities -Receive PLT's K-8 Environmental Education Activity Guide -Receive Project WILD's K-12 Curriculum and Activity Guide Tickets are $155 each and include three meals, two curriculum books, and access to supplementary evening sessions at the Renewable Roots Convention. If you want to stay overnight at the camp, you can book either shared or single room accommodations for an extra fee. After purchasing your ticket, Conservation District staff will contact you for information regarding dietary and accommodation needs. Registration is required. Missaukee County residents can call our office for a discount code to receive $20 off the ticket price. Groups of 5 or more can call our office for a discount code to receive $10 off per person.
