Picea glauca - Native to Michigan

 2-0, 5"-10" seedlings 

Good for landscaping, reforestation, and Christmas trees as well as pulpwood and saw timber. Can tolerate heat, drought, shade, and high water. Recommended in place of Blue Spruce. Attracts wildlife, birds, and is a host for butterflies or moths.

 

Moisture: dry to moderate soils

Sun: full to partial sun

Mature height: 60'-100'

Growth rate: Medium 13"-24" per year
