Trumpet
Vine - Bare root cuttings, 6-12”.
Naturalized in Michigan. A favorite of hummingbirds with large red-orange bell
shaped flowers. A deciduous climber in flower from August to September.
Plant prefers light (sandy), medium (loamy) and heavy (clay) soils. Cannot grow
in the shade. Woodland, Sunny Edge, Dappled Shade, Walls, Ground Cover.

Bittersweet
- Bare root cuttings, 6-12” long. A deciduous climber in flower from July to
August. It is noted for attracting wildlife. Prefers light (sandy), medium
(loamy) and heavy (clay) soils. Rich soils in dense moist thickets, woods and
along river banks. Grows in full shade (deep woodland) semi-shade (light
woodland) or no shade. Requires moist soil. Woodland, Dappled Shade, Shady Edge,
Deep Shade.

Snowberry
- (Asaurm canadense) - Native. A small
shrub which produces spring flowers that are pink and a persistent white berry
in the fall. It prefers well drained soils, but tolerates most sites. It is
thicket forming and an excellent wildlife specie. Snowberry has a fair drought
and shade tolerance, a moderate growth rate and provides food and cover for
turkey, grouse and other small game. Height: 2-3 feet.
